MobileTrade.Pk Basic Warranty & Replacement Guide
At MobileTrade.Pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We provide an easy and reliable warranty &Â replacement process for faulty or incorrect products.
Unboxing Video Required
Customers must record a clear unboxing video in one continuous clip while opening the parcel. This video is required as proof for any replacement claim. Claims without proper video evidence will not be accepted.
Warranty & Replacement Coverage
Our warranty covers wrong or faulty products delivered by MobileTrade.Pk. Replacement requests will only be approved if all warranty terms are followed.

- Physical or water damage
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Repaired or tampered products
- Removed warranty seals or glue marks
- Wrong item ordered by customer

Warranty Claim Process

Used Mobile Phones Warranty:
At MobileTrade.Pk, all used mobiles and tablets are carefully tested and verified to ensure premium quality and smooth performance.
3-Day Replacement Warranty
We provide a 3-day replacement warranty from the delivery date for used smartphones and tablets.
Unboxing Video Required
Customers must record a clear unboxing and testing video in one continuous clip while opening the sealed parcel. The video should clearly show:
- Parcel opening
- Phone power on
- Touch testing
- Camera checking
- LCD/display checking
Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.

- Physical or water damage

- Repaired or opened devices
- Dead pixels, touch, display, or camera issues after use

LCD / LED Touch Panel Warranty – MobileTrade.Pk
At MobileTrade.Pk, all LCD, OLED, Touch Panels, Front Glass, Back Glass, and Display Units are checked before dispatch. Since display installation is a sensitive technical process, customers are advised to test the product carefully before final installation.
Impotant Testing Instructions:
Do not remove the warranty film or sticker before testing.
Do not apply glue or paste the panel before checking functionality.
Record a clear testing video before installation for warranty claims.
Power off the phone before installing or removing the display unit.
Fingerprint On-Display Disclaimer
In-display fingerprint functionality is not covered under warranty. Even original OLED displays may require calibration, and compatibility can vary depending on the device model.
OLED & Master Copy Displays
OLED and master-copy displays may have slightly larger bezels compared to original panels. These displays offer good quality but are not considered 100% original company displays.
Warranty Does Not Cover
Broken LCD or touch due to physical damage
Water or liquid damage
Glued or installed panels before testing
Removed warranty stickers or films
Damage caused by incorrect installation
Wrong Order Policy
MobileTrade.Pk is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by customers. If a return is accepted, up to 25% handling charges may apply according to our terms & conditions.

Charging Ports
All charging ports listed on MobileTrade.Pk are brand new and QC tested. Please check product variations carefully before ordering because charging ports do not come with a warranty or guarantee.
For fast charging support, customers are advised to purchase original charging ports, as master-copy ports may not support fast charging IC features.
Mobile Battery Warranty
Our mobile batteries are OEM quality and made with high-quality original cells. Batteries come with a limited warranty.
Battery Warranty Does Not Cover
- Swollen batteries
- Physical or water damage
- Batteries pasted with glue or double tape before testing
Battery Testing & Calibration
Some new batteries may require calibration for better backup performance. Fully discharge and recharge the battery 2–3 times for improved results.
To test the battery:
- Install without glue or tape
- Charge above 50%
- Test camera, flashlight, and video recording

Other Mobile Parts
Products such as Camera Glass, Back Panels, Camera Modules, Flex Cables, Speakers, Touch Glass, S-Pen, Side Buttons, Sim Trays, and Housing Parts are brand new and fully tested but do not include a warranty.
Wrong Product Replacement
If MobileTrade.Pk delivers the wrong item, customers can contact our support team within 24–48 hours. After receiving the incorrect product back, we will process the replacement and ship the correct item promptly.
