If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may replace with same product it within 2 days for a replacement. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. We do not refund shipping fees unless the item was defective or damaged.

Our products start at a price of 300 PKR and courier delivery charges begin at a minimum of 200 to 250 PKR.

Cancellation of Out-of-Stock Orders: 

  • In the event of an “Out-of-Stock” cancellation, we have two options available:

    Option 1: We will ship all the in-stock products first and send the out-of-stock products to you as soon as they are available. There will be no additional shipping cost for this service.

    Option 2: We will ship all the in-stock products first and provide a refund via Jazzcash/Easypaisa or Online Banking for any out-of-stock products.
