General Terms & Conditions

1: Payment:  

At MobileTrade.Pk, we offer secure Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. However, a small advance payment is required for expensive mobile phones to confirm genuine orders and ensure smooth delivery.

Advance Payment Policy
  • Mobiles up to PKR 50,000 → PKR 2,000 advance
  • Mobiles up to PKR 80,000 → PKR 5,000 advance
  • Mobiles up to PKR 100,000 → PKR 10,000 advance
  • Mobiles up to PKR 150,000 → PKR 15,000 advance
  • Mobiles above PKR 150,000 → PKR 20,000 advance

The remaining amount will be paid through Cash on Delivery at the time of parcel delivery. Orders without the required advance payment will not be processed or dispatched.

Warranty Terms

For products covered under warranty, the following terms must be adhered to:

  • Eligibility: Warranty claims are subject to the guidelines outlined on our Warranty Page.
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper usage, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs. Please read the specific warranty details for each product category on the Warranty Information Page.

Order Confirmation Terms

We carefully verify your order to ensure a smooth shopping experience. We often face fake orders, where customers refuse parcels or lose interest, leading to heavy losses for us. To avoid this, low-value orders require advance delivery charges, and a percentage of the order amount may need to be paid upfront, depending on the total order value.

When placing an order with MobileTrade.Pk, the following rules apply:

1: Order Verification: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct at the time of confirmation. Please note that once the advance payment is received, it will be non-refundable.

2: Non-Responsibility for Errors: MobileTrade.Pk is not liable for incorrect orders placed by the customer.

3: Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations will not be entertained.

Replacement & Refund

When placing an order with MobileTrade.Pk, the following rules apply:

Product Replacement: MobileTrade.Pk does not accept product returns. Products are only eligible for replacements under warranty guidelines.

Refunds: Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where a replacement is not available or if MobileTrade.Pk is unable to fulfill the order.

Approved Claim: It’s the customer’s responsibility to drop off the approved claim product at our service centre or send it via courier in the same packing, safely and securely, to prevent any damage.

Product Fulfillment

Product Availability – MobileTrade.Pk

At MobileTrade.Pk, customers can place orders for all available products listed on our website. If any item becomes unavailable, it will be marked as “Out of Stock” for customer convenience.

Order Fulfillment Ratio

Our fulfillment ratio shows the percentage of successfully shipped orders.

  • 70%–100% → High stock availability with fast order processing
  • 40%–70% → Limited supplier stock availability

If we are unable to dispatch your order, a full refund of the advance payment will be provided without hassle.

Reasons Orders May Not Be Shipped

Sometimes orders may not be fulfilled due to:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued
  • Failed quality inspection
  • Limited stock availability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Delivery issues or invalid shipping address

  • For approved claims, pack the product securely in its original packaging and either drop it off at our service centre or send it via courier with paid shipping to prevent damage.
